We are collaborating with a BPO renowned for its high employee satisfaction ratings to recruit experienced Dutchspeaking Customer Care Specialists for remote positions. The selected candidates will provide support to customers of an ecommerce brand.
Position: Customer Care Specialist (Dutchspeaking)Location: Remote in HungaryEmployment Type: Fulltime
Duties:
  • Provide technicalbased customer assistance via voice chat and email
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Document interactions in a CRM system
  • Participate in team initiatives provide feedback and support colleagues

Requirements:
  • Fluent in Dutch/Flemish (C1) and English (B2)
  • Experience in Customer Support or technical support especially with help desk or IT functions
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Independent and effective remote team player
  • Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills
  • Adaptable and flexible with process and information changes
  • Proficient with external systems and PCbased internet/software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office)
