YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESActing as the primary point of contact for technical enquiries from employees and customersManaging and processing service requests using our service management tool, via eMail or in personProviding effective assistance and high-quality technical support, by guiding employees and customers step-by-step through the problem resolution processProviding professional information about IT products and services to customers to ensure a satisfactory serviceCollaborating actively with the IT Team and suppliers to improve the ongoing development of products and servicesGiving priority to customer satisfaction in all communications and, when needed, redirecting unresolved issues to next-level (1st Level IT Support)YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSBachelor‘s Degree in computer science or IT; High School diploma and relevant certifications are a plusPrevious professional experience in a similar positionProfound knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems, network protocols, and troubleshooting toolsPassion and interest in working in the IT sectorCustomer and service-oriented mindsetAbility to work independently and in a structured mannerSolution-oriented approach and accuracyGood knowledge of English, German, and ItalianOUR COMMITMENTInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic teamHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobilityOpportunities for advancement in a growing companyA wide range of further training opportunitiesAttractive bonus system and performance-related payAdditional company benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
