Job Title: B2B SaaS Sales Person (2 yrs Night shift US/UK based accounts )Location: Remote IndiaWork Experience (years) : 2 YearsBudget : (1220 LPA OTE ( 810 LPA Fixed 810 LPA Commission)
As a Sales Person you will be responsible for generating new business and managing client relationships within the US. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales you will work during US business hours (night shift) to engage potential clients conduct demos and close deals. Your role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling emailing and prospecting.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Sales Negotiation: Handle contract negotiations address client objections and close sales deals effectively.
  • Contract Management: Send out contracts and ensure all necessary documentation is completed and processed.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with US and Europebased clients to drive longterm business success.
  • Sales Reporting: Report on sales activities pipeline status and results to the VP of Sales.
  • Requirements:Experience: Minimum 2 years of individual B2B sales experience with a proven track record of selling to US and Europebased clients.
  • Client Exposure: Experience handling US/UK based accounts with an annual contract value ranging from USD 8000 to USD 20000.
Skills:
  • Proficient in emailing cold calling and prospecting.
  • 2 years of using Sales CRM and maintaining pipeline
  • Strong ability to conduct demos and effectively communicate product benefits.
  • Experienced in contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Excellent lead generation and followup skills.

  • Working Hours: Ability to work complete US hours (night shift) and adapt to ESTCST or PST
