Il Key Account riporta al Business Development Manager ed è responsabile di guidare la crescita del business attraverso la gestione e lo sviluppo dei clienti chiave.
Lui/lei ha il compito di consolidare e incrementare la partnership commerciale con clienti esistenti e potenziali e di sviluppare il business creando e coltivando il rapporto con i clienti, al fine di massimizzare le vendite e la reputazione di Logista Pharma nel mercato sanitario.
Responsabilità:
-Identificare le esigenze esistenti dei clienti e implementare strategie efficaci per superare le loro aspettative per massimizzare la base di business esistente e supportare le opportunità di crescita proponendo nuovi servizi
-Analizzare e comprendere il business, gli obiettivi, i trend dei consumatori e delle categorie dei clienti per proporre lo sviluppo di nuovi servizi
-Definire l'obiettivo per canale e per cliente e progettare piani aziendali specifici e attuabili per raggiungere gli obiettivi
-Supportare il Business Development Manager nella rinegoziazione dei contratti con i clienti garantendo un elevato tasso di fidelizzazione
-Mantenere una conoscenza aggiornata del settore attuale e del panorama competitivo
-Monitorare e analizzare regolarmente i risultati di vendita, i KPI e il margine per affrontare le tendenze del business attuale; fornire proiezioni mensili, trimestrali e annuali accurate al fine di massimizzare le prestazioni
-Esplora il mercato per identificare possibili futuri clienti e propone relativi piani d'azione
-Collaborare con altre società e funzioni Logista per ottimizzare e migliorare continuamente la penetrazione nel mercato
REQUISITI:
-È richiesta una comprovata esperienza di 2-3 anni in un dipartimento commerciale nel settore farmaceutico/sanitario o in contabilità chiave nel settore dei beni di consumo. Comprovata esperienza commerciale
- Laurea in STEM
-Inglese
-conoscenza Spagnolo is a plus
-Microsoft Office; CRM
