En este puesto tú serás responsable por analizar y reportar estados financieros mensuales; preparar planes/forecast mensuales, trimestrales y anuales, brindar apoyo financiero en decisiones de inversión de la empresa con el equipo de liderazgo senior y participar en actividades de cierre de fin de mes. Análisis y proyección de Capital de Trabajo, control financiero y presupuestario, y presentación de reportes, informar riesgos y oportunidades y seguimiento semanal al forecast.Lo que harás:Elaboración de presupuesto anual, reportes mensuales (PL, Forecast), análisis KPI’s, análisis de variaciones entre diferentes escenarios.Elaboración mensual de riesgos y oportunidades (RO).Liderar reunión de Forecast con áreas comerciales para garantizar el cumplimiento de los reportes.Preparación y análisis de información financiera (PL y Balance Sheet), que facilitarán la toma de decisiones.Preparación de presentaciones mensuales y trimestrales de los resultados de la empresa para la alta gerencia.Análisis mensual de productividad, variación de precio e inversiones.Análisis y seguimiento a backlog y Bookings (órdenes recibidas) de acuerdo con información proveída por el área comercial.Colaboración en auditorías internas y externas.Lo que traerás:Formación como Contador Público / Financiero, Administrador de Empresas, Economista con experiencia en finanzas corporativas y contabilidad.Nivel intermedio/alto en inglés.Conocimientos en USGAAP, FICAP y Sarbanes-Oxley serán valorados en el perfil.Conocimiento de contabilidad general, habilidad de interpretar y administrar los registros contables y las políticas.Experiencia en procesos de Forecast, Budget y cierres del mes.Dominio de Excel, se valorará conocimiento de BI, Oracle y HFM (Hyperion) o OneStream.Experiencia en Automatización de procesos y mejora de procesos.Igualdad de Oportunidades en el Empleo:Ofrecemos una compensación competitiva y beneficios y programas integrales.
