Il nostro cliente è uno spedizioniere internazionale con sede a Segrate
Principali responsabilità:
Sviluppo commerciale: Identificare nuove opportunità di business e acquisire nuovi clienti per i servizi di spedizione via mare e via aereo.
Gestione del portafoglio clienti: Mantenere e sviluppare rapporti con i clienti esistenti, proponendo soluzioni personalizzate per ottimizzare le loro esigenze di trasporto internazionale.
Negoziazione contratti: Negoziare tariffe e condizioni contrattuali con clienti e fornitori, garantendo la massimizzazione del profitto.
Analisi del mercato: Monitorare e analizzare le tendenze di mercato nel settore delle spedizioni internazionali (mare e aereo), identificando potenziali aree di crescita.
Collaborazione interna: Lavorare a stretto contatto con i team operativi, marketing e finanza per garantire un'esecuzione fluida dei progetti di vendita.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilizzare sistemi CRM per gestire l'intero processo di vendita, tenere traccia delle opportunità e delle attività commerciali.
Obiettivi di vendita: Raggiungere e superare i target di vendita mensili e annuali assegnati, attraverso un'efficace gestione delle trattative e del follow-up.
Partecipazione a fiere e conferenze: Rappresentare l'azienda in eventi e manifestazioni del settore per aumentare la visibilità e attrarre nuovi clienti.
Principali caratteristiche richieste:
Esperienza pregressa: Almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza nel settore delle spedizioni internazionali, preferibilmente con focus sui servizi marittimi e aerei.
Competenze di vendita: Dimostrata esperienza nella gestione del ciclo completo di vendita, dal prospecting alla chiusura di contratti.
Conoscenza del settore logistico: Conoscenza approfondita delle dinamiche del trasporto internazionale e delle normative correlate (es. Incoterms, dogane, ecc.).
Competenze linguistiche: Fluente in italiano e inglese. La conoscenza di altre lingue sarà considerata un plus.
Competenze negoziali: Abilità di negoziazione e capacità di costruire solide relazioni con clienti e fornitori.
Orientamento ai risultati: Forte orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi, con una mentalità proattiva e un'elevata capacità di problem solving.
Disponibilità a viaggiare: Disponibilità a viaggiare sia a livello nazionale che internazionale per incontrare clienti e partecipare a eventi di settore.
