Job Title: Project Coordinator (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers in the creation and maintenance of project plans and timelines.
  • Track project progress and ensure all deliverables are met on time.
  • Coordinate and communicate project tasks with team members and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute project reports meeting minutes and documentation.
  • Schedule and organize project meetings including internal and clientfacing meetings.
  • Monitor project budgets and track expenses to ensure projects stay on target.
  • Identify and escalate potential project risks or delays to management.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain project documentation records and files.
  • Support postproject evaluation and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Project Management or a related field.
  • Experience in a project coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Experience in project management software (e.g. Asana Trello MS Project).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • PMP certification (preferred but not required).
  • Federal Experience is a plus.
  • Required Security clearance.
