We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager for our retail Forex and CFDs online trading platform dedicated to driving business development in the Sri Lankan market.
Key responsibilities include cultivating highvalue client relationships engaging Introducing Brokers (IB) implementing client retention strategies actively contributing to marketing initiatives and overseeing sales team performance and targets.

This role requires a seasoned professional with 5 years of experience in the Forex & CFDs industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the region demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of financial dynamics within this competitive landscape.

What will you do in this role:
Business Development:

  • Spearhead the expansion of our trading platform in the Sri Lankan market.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with highvalue clients and Introducing Brokers (IB).
  • Implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and market share.

Client Retention:

  • Develop and execute retention strategies for existing clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.

Marketing Strategies:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to the Sri Lankan market.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Who are we looking for:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Forex & CFDs industry.
  • Candidates must have a existing client & IB list.
  • Indepth knowledge of the Sri Lankan financial markets.
  • Strong understanding of trading platforms and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Good Communication in English & Sinhala is a must.
