AZIENDA Synergie Italia, per ampliamento del suo staff interno ricerca un/una: SALES ACCOUNT POSIZIONE La risorsa inserita all'interno delle filiali avrà le seguenti responsabilità per la propria area assegnata: - Sviluppare il portafoglio clienti esistente, con l'obiettivo di fornire consulenza e fidelizzazione attraverso visite mirate; - Identificare nuove opportunità di sviluppo all'interno dell'area di competenza, in linea con la strategia aziendale; - Effettuare un monitoraggio costante del panorama competitivo e di sviluppo di soluzioni ad hoc; - Identificare e proporre, nell'ambito delle strategie aziendali, azioni atte a promuovere lo sviluppo della propria area; - Elaborare e proporre gli obiettivi e i programmi per lo sviluppo del mercato in termini di volumi e margini di contribuzione. Al fine di valutare il/la candidata ideale si valutano sia profili Junior che profili con più esperienza. REQUISITI Requisiti richiesti: - Laurea in area Umanistica, Economia o Scienze dell'organizzazione in ambito risorse umane. - Gradita pregressa esperienza presso APL o aziende strutturate all'interno delle Risorse Umane. - Attitudine alla vendita di servizi e alla vendita diretta B2B. - Spiccata curiosità e una forte determinazione al raggiungimento degli obiettivi. - Possesso della patente B.
