About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Development Manager Italy to join our team in Tuscany. As an Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key account customers within the region.

Your primary objective will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving sales growth and exceeding set targets. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication with customers.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a commercial role, preferably in sales or business development.
  • A proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding set targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen, project management, and strategic decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present at senior business levels.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and business planning tools.

You will be responsible for creating and delivering growth focus plans, growth-related activity plans, and growth outcomes mobilised through both face-to-face and virtual customer activity.
