Per l'Hotel Il Pellicano di Porto Ercole ricerchiamo un Sous Chef .
La figura, a diretto riporto del Group Executive Chef e dell’Head Chef, sarà il punto di riferimento operativo per tutte le attività del ristorante tradizionale Pelligrill.
Supportare il Group Executive Chef e l’Head Chef nella pianificazione del lavoro quotidiano e nella gestione dei turni.
Supervisionare e coordinare il Team di cucina durante il servizio, collaborando attivamente con il Team di sala al fine di garantire elevati standard qualitativi.
Assicurare il rispetto delle normative HACCP e degli standard di igiene e sicurezza.
Contribuire allo sviluppo professionale del Team di cucina.
Ottime capacità organizzative, di leadership e di pianificazione.
Passione per la cucina tradizionale e attenzione alla qualità della materia prima.
Un ambiente professionale solido, attento alla formazione continua e alla crescita interna. La possibilità di lavorare in una struttura riconosciuta per la qualità del servizio e per la cura dedicata al proprio Team.
