Job Title: IT Program Management (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement program management strategies plans and schedules for IT projects and initiatives.
  • Lead and manage crossfunctional teams including project managers developers and other IT professionals to ensure effective program execution.
  • Define program scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and align them with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor and control program performance including tracking progress managing risks and addressing issues that arise.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders including executive leadership to provide updates on program status and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain program documentation including project plans budgets and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance program management and delivery.
  • Ensure that all IT programs comply with relevant regulations standards and internal policies.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in program management (e.g. PMP PgMP PMIACP) are a plus.
  • Proven experience managing largescale IT programs and projects with a track record of successful delivery on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide crossfunctional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a focus on driving results and achieving program objectives.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project JIRA or similar.
  • Experience with budget management and financial oversight for IT programs.
  • Federal Experience is a plus.
  • Required Security clearance.
