Our clients company a longstanding and resilient provider in the electrical components and equipment industry has consistently delivered essential tools supplies and equipment to support the electrical power sector. With a history of navigating economic fluctuations and maintaining profitability this company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturers Representative to cover a wellestablished territory in the Beehive State.

As a Manufacturers Representative you will utilize your independent sales experience to service and expand relationships with established customers across Utah ideally based out of your home office in the Salt Lake City area. Your role will focus on representing premier manufacturers of critical grid solutions transformers lighting switches meters voltage regulators and more. This opportunity is centered on nurturing existing accounts with no cold calling required.

The position offers a competitive base salary plus commission targeting an OTE of at least $150K along with comprehensive benefits including an HSA 401(k) car/gas/maintenance allowance and the latest technology support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a territory of established industry customers within Utah focusing on key metro areas.
  • Represent a portfolio of top manufacturers of electrical components tools and equipment.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with stable established accounts ensuring their ongoing needs are met.
  • Operate independently from a home office with regular travel to customer locations within the territory.
  • Provide knowledgeable and customized sales support tailored to the electrical power industry.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the electric utility sector (sales purchasing project management or operations).
  • Proven sales experience or a strong aptitude for sales.
  • Selfmotivated selfdirected and capable of working independently.
  • Reliable stable and committed to delivering results through hard work.
  • Residency within or near major metro areas in Utah with a strong fit with the local culture.
