FUNCTION: Operations

LOCATION: Trieste (Italy)

JOB TYPE: Fixed Term

Our Operations Graduate Programme helps you to develop exceptional commercial skills - fully understanding the dynamics of the market you are operating in, and how the Operations departments, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, and Procurement work together to achieve outstanding business results.

Qualifications

  • University graduates preferably with a master's degree and above-average academic performance.
  • No more than 3 years of work experience.
  • Fluent in English, as well as the local language for the location you are interested in working.
  • Preferably have international experience during your academic program through internships or a semester abroad.
  • Have a valid driving license (active driver).

  • Passion for future mobility solutions.
  • Open-minded personality and willingness to adapt to a new environment.
  • A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation.
  • The ability to be self-aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
