How you’ll live your ambition:

Come aboard our Genoa offices as a CRM Campaign Manager and join our dynamic Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Head of CRM, you will bring a breath of innovation and an analytical approach to the management of Costa's campaigns. In particular, you will have a strategic impact on the Outbound channel in close collaboration with our Customer Center. Get ready to explore new horizons and transform raw data into winning strategies that will enchant our customers.

Demonstrate your passion

  • You’ll steer outbound campaign planning. In collaboration with the Customer Center, you will be the helmsman of our campaigns, ensuring each initiative reaches its destination successfully.
  • Manage automated campaigns creating and maintaining automated outbound flows, ensuring each message arrives at the right time.
  • You will work with the campaign execution team and the Customer Center, defining the campaign brief and overseeing the entire process, like a skilled captain guiding a ship through complex courses.
  • You’ll gather strategic inputs participating in recurring sharing meetings, collecting inputs on offers, promotions, and tactical needs from assigned markets and other corporate departments.
  • In collaboration with the DEM Campaign Manager, you will plan and manage DEMs directed at customers, maintaining consistency with the overall CRM strategy.

Get things right

  • At the heart of our strategy are the customers. For this reason, you will monitor and optimize customer portfolios in collaboration with the Customer Center, ensuring maintenance and evolution in line with the outbound service model and CRM and Customer Center strategies.
  • With the goal of continuous improvement, you will monitor outbound KPIs and analyze CRM customer data, contributing to the improvement of outbound campaigns, turning data waves into growth opportunities.

What makes you unique:

  • Your journey should encompass significant experiences (at least 5 years) in outbound campaign management.
  • Your robust expertise is further strengthened by academic backgrounds in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Having excellent communication skills, you will promote an environment of open and transparent communication, essential for our collective success and cross-department collaboration.
  • As a global citizen, you embrace diversity and communicate fluently in English.
