FILIALE: MILANO OFFICESPECIALIZZAZIONE: CORE SKILL - OFFICEHiRevo Office Milano è la specializzazione di Gi Group, prima Multinazionale del Lavoro Italiana, dedicata a valorizzare le esperienze, le competenze e il potenziale dei candidati in ambito accounting, sales, marketing, HR, legal, purchasing and office management.Siamo un team di professionisti appassionati, lavoriamo per accompagnare i nostri candidati verso le mansioni ed i contesti aziendali della city di Milano e dell’hinterland milanese più coerenti con le loro competenze e le loro aspettative.Per Realtà Multinazionale operante nel settore energia, cerco una figura di:Tender SpecialistLa risorsa sarà inserita all’interno del Dipartimento Sales per supportare il team nelle seguenti attività operative:Gestione dei portali di e-procurement pubblicoCaricamento, verifica e aggiornamento della documentazione per gare d'appalto e qualificazioniVerifica formale e sostanziale dei documenti amministrativi prima della presentazioneCollaborazione con i dipartimenti interni (Vendite, Offerta, Legale, HSE, Finanza, Qualità) per l'acquisizione di documenti e allegatiManutenzione e aggiornamento dell'archivio digitale di documenti aziendali, certificazioni e offerte.Supporto nella redazione delle sezioni amministrative delle offerte (moduli, dichiarazioni, DURC, bilanci, ecc.)Monitoraggio delle scadenze e dei rinnovi dei documenti, garantendo la piena conformità normativa.Redazione di report periodici sulle attività di gara e sullo stato della documentazioneRequisitiDiploma o laurea in discipline amministrative, giuridiche o economiche;Esperienza: 2-4 anni in ruoli simili (back office, ufficio acquisti, amministrazione gare).Competenze tecniche: conoscenza dei principali portali di gare pubbliche e competenza con gli strumenti Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams).Familiarità con il Codice degli Appalti e la normativa ANAC.Lingue: fluente in italiano e inglese professionale (lettura e scrittura di documenti)Competenze trasversali: precisione, affidabilità, metodo e senso di responsabilità; attenzione ai dettagli e alla qualità del lavoro; capacità di lavorare in team e gestire attività con scadenze ravvicinate.Offerta ContrattualeContratto in somministrazione Tempo Determinato 12 mesi, inquadramento da definire in base alla seniority, possibilità di SW 50%.Orario di lavoroFull time, 40 ore; flessibilità in entrata e in uscitaSede di lavoroMilano (MM PRECOTTO)Se la proposta fosse di tuo interesse, cosa aspetti?
