**Proposal Manager / Tender Specialist**:
We are looking for a Proposal Manager / Tender Specialist who will be responsible for following up tenders
related to the design of civil works and transport infrastructures.

**Qualifications**:
Master Degree in Engineering(Civil)/ Architect ;
Fluent English Language (at least B2 level).
Second Language knowledge will be appreciated.
Ability to establish contacts with a wide range of partners.

Responsible, organized and dedicated.
