Foster a climate of collaboration responsibility and excellence. Define clear and measurable objectives for the teams monitoring their performance and professional growth. Strategic planning Collaborate with strategic management to define the agencys vision and positioning. Interpret market trends consumer behaviour and competitive dynamics. Build proposals and service architectures that integrate communication digital social media data and content. Qualifications 8 years of experience in a Sales Director Role account management strategy or business management roles in Media Owner Agencies. In-depth knowledge of marketing dynamics digital media and integrated communications. Advanced business planning financial analysis and budget management skills. Experience in managing tenders and closing new contracts. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Strategic vision combined with operational pragmatism. Excellent interpersonal and complex stakeholder management skills. Growth and problem‑solving orientation. Creative thinking flexibility and resilience. Strong and direct knowledge of the commercial departments of the most important media agencies in Italy.
