The strength of ALTEN is based on the competence and professionalism of technical and managerial profiles, which are selected and trained with structured paths.Strategy & Business Development Specialist – Industry & Retail As aStrategy & Business Development Specialist , you will join theStrategy teamwithin the IT Division and contribute to the growth ofALTEN Italiaacross theIndustryandRetailmarkets.The role involves supporting theSales ManagementandExecutive Teamin activities related to analysis, planning, and development of commercial strategies, with a particular focus on building theValue Proposition , definingGo-to-Market strategies , and providingpre-sales supporton specific business domains.Analyze the Industry and Retail markets to identify trends, key players, emerging technologies, and development opportunities.Contribute to building the company’sPoint of ViewandValue Propositionsfor each business domain.Collaborate with technical and sales teams to translate strategic guidelines into clear, market-differentiating messages.Conductcompetitive benchmarkingand support ALTEN’s offer positioning in target markets.2. Go-to-Market & Sales PlanningSupportSales Divisionin defining and executingGo-to-Market strategiesfor the Industry and Retail markets.Contribute to the design and monitoring of theSales Plan , ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.Analyze pipelineandperformancedata to feed the planning and reporting processes.Coordinate, together with the Practices, the setup ofcommercial campaignsand targeted initiatives by business area.3. Pre-Sales & Business DomainsProvidepre-sales supporton specific topics and business domains within the target markets.Contribute to the preparation ofproposals, presentations, and marketing materialstailored to client needs.Work closely with
