About the job The Business Analyst position is accountable for the strategic market performance visibility through accurate data analyzes to equip the local organization to optimize market potential and increase forecasting accuracy. Core activities Lead and develop analysis to ensure business trends understanding. Lead the design of tools and processes to effectively gather and analyze relevant & accurate sales revenue focused information in alignment with the regional VPO strategy and partnership with key cross-functional partners (i.e. Sales & Retail Marketing Finance Business Support Forecasting etc.). Drive Sales teams awareness on business performance providing quantitative and qualitative comments in order to lead feed or activate the decision making. Being actively involved in the decision making process of Sales and Marketing Calendar as a contributor of qualitative and quantitative insights. Weekly and daily sales performance monitoring. Business Planning : forecast and situation analysis on timely manner. Sales Target Setting : process leader in defining sales and orders targets according to the sales and marketing strategy in specific moments of the year. Key metrics Customer Orientation Accountable for establishing efficient effective standardized Retail analysis. Key results : Accurate sales forecasting Maximizing sales support through analysis of bestsellers sales patterns etc. Supports the Management Team with reports and analysis Functional expertise : clear understanding of the Retail distribution structure and their integration into the overall process flows; result‑orientated problem solver personality. About you University degree / Education preferably in Accounting / Finance Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent English proficiency and Italian Experience in SAP Excel Previous experience in retail industry would be a plus but it is not mandatory Team orientation and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can‑do attitude About Swarovski Swarovski unifies all parts of its organization under one spellbinding idea and brings forward a wondrous new world of crystal craftsmanship.
