We have strong brands equities: 5 of top 10 selling brands including Wall’s, Magnum, Ben & Jerry’s. We are investing to unlock the full growth potential of Ice Cream as a standalone entity, once we separate from Unilever, which is planned to happen by November 2025. Job Purpose The core purpose of the HR Business Partner is to ensure alignment between organization’s people strategy and the overall business strategy by working with senior leadership and managers. The HR Business Partner focuses on big-picture initiatives like talent management, workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.
