With strong brand equity—5 of the top 10 selling brands including Wall’s, Magnum, and Ben & Jerry's—we are investing to unlock the full growth potential of Ice Cream as a standalone entity, once we separate from Unilever, planned to happen by November 2025. Job Purpose The core purpose of the HR Business Partner is to ensure alignment between the organization's people strategy and the overall business strategy by working with senior leadership and managers. The focus is on big-picture initiatives such as talent management, workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.
