Job Overview: The resource will be inserted in the HVAC Department and will be responsible for all the Pre-sales support; troubleshooting; solution training and after-sales service support activities focusing on Energy Storage Systems for the Italian market. Responsibilities: Investigate / Research Italian regulation / Certificate related to ESS products Prepare training materials, lead product training sessions/webinar to further enhance the ESS business growth Cooperate closely with agents and sales managers in supporting technical questions and related topics Training sales staff On-site visits for quality evaluation Coordinate with service team to improve the service quality for ESS Support agents and sales managers in pre-sales activity Develop pre-design software in according to market requirements Monitor and analyze the energy storage market in Italy regions to improve ESS line-up Create infrastructure to launch the business in B2 B channel Required skills: 3 years of previous experience in the same role in multinational company Deep technical and commercial knowledge Communication skills for inside and outside stakeholders Working by priorities Creative problem-solving Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Language skills: Native Italian, good English proficiency.
