As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, supporting them throughout their online shopping experience. The ideal candidate is a problem solver, has excellent communication skills and has a customer first mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsuring a seamless customer experience by interacting with customers through email and live chatResolve customer enquiries efficiently and to the customer\u2019s satisfactionContinuously looking for ways of improving the customer experience based on customer feedbackSupporting the E-commerce team on how to improve the online customer experienceMaintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all timesCollaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experienceSupport the ongoing enhancement of our Help Center and AI-powered customer support processes to improve efficiency and elevate the user experienceStay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and e-commerce trendsProficiency in using Shopify and Gorgias platformsSupport in translating website contentRequirementsExcellent knowledge of French and English is mandatoryPrevious experience in a similar roleGood MS Office KnowledgeExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactivity, flexibility and problem solvingInterest for the motorsports industry completes the profileOther informationSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Customer ServiceIndustries: Retail Apparel and Fashion and Apparel Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
