La figura selezionata svolgerà attività di supporto operativo alla struttura nella gestione del Service: si occuperà della prioritizzazione e della gestione delle richieste provenienti dai centri assistenza, attività di after sales con gestione resi/reclami, archiviazione istanze, organizzazione dati a database garantendo un’efficace assistenza técnica.
