Categoria: Technology & Telecoms Luogo di lavoro: Milano e provincia Per un'azienda leader globale nel settore delle soluzioni ICT, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Channel Manager per la propria Business Unit Enterprise in Italia Responsabilità Principali Il/La Channel Manager gestisce il canale di vendita indiretto, rafforza l'ecosistema dei partner e guida la crescita del business nell'area del Nord Italia. Definire e implementare la strategia di canale per raggiungere gli obiettivi di fatturato. Identificare, sviluppare e gestire le relazioni con i partner chiave (System Integrator, VAR, Distributori). Supportare i partner lungo tutto il ciclo di vendita: dalla registrazione dell'opportunità alla chiusura del contratto. Pianificare ed eseguire attività di marketing e vendita congiunte rivolte ai clienti finali in settori verticali (es. istruzione, sanità, manifattura, retail). Collaborare con i team interni per garantire il supporto tecnico e commerciale ai partner. Monitorare le performance dei partner e guidare iniziative di miglioramento continuo. Requisiti Ricerchiamo una risorsa con almeno 4 anni di esperienza nella gestione del canale nel settore ICT, che soddisfi anche i seguenti requisiti: Collaborazione comprovata con i principali system integrator e partner tecnologici in Italia. Solida conoscenza di soluzioni IT (storage, networking IP, trasmissione). Capacità di sviluppare nuove opportunità di business e strategie competitive. Familiarità con i processi di gara pubblica e le normative di riferimento. Ottime capacità di negoziazione e gestione delle relazioni sia a livello tecnico che CxO. Padronanza della lingua italiana e inglese (entrambe obbligatorie). #J-18808-Ljbffr
