We are currently looking for a Growth Manager in Italy.This role is a high‑impact, hands‑on position responsible for driving the agency’s growth strategy end‑to‑end—from lead generation to conversion. You will own experimentation, analytics, and optimization across multiple channels to scale pipeline and revenue sustainably. Working closely with the CEO and cross‑functional team leads, you will ensure growth initiatives align with business priorities while leveraging data to improve efficiency and ROI. This role requires a self‑sufficient, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment. You will implement scalable processes, refine CRM and automation workflows, and act as the driving force behind the agency’s growth engine.
