At our site in Italy , we sell state-of-the-art process measurement technology for customers in the biopharmaceutical, chemical and brewery industry, as well as pipetting robots to automate liquid handling processes for the pharmaceutical and food industry through to cell and DNA research.How you can make a differenceWork on customized projects related to integrated liquid handling systemsInstall, upgrade, and maintain the complete Hamilton Robotics instrument portfolio (liquid handlers, plate handlers, decapper, 2D barcode reader, and other devices) across the Italian territoryTroubleshoot and fix mechanical and/or electronic issues, and perform preventive maintenance and functionality checksMonitor and adhere to field service policies, procedures, and technical standards, and recommend changes when necessaryContribute to improving and developing the Service Support Quality for customers as part of the Support TeamEnsure and maintain the “level of excellence” of the products portfolioThat’s what you bring alongHigh School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in electronics or mechatronics or related disciplineExperienced in the position (2-3 years) on high technology content instruments (automated devices)Strong communication and customer support skills are neededMust be a proven self-motivated individual and possess a valid driver’s licenseAvailable to frequently travel across North-West Italy (rarely in Europe) and stay overnight (1-2 nights per week in average)English language is a must (second language is a plus)Knowledge of a programming language is appreciatedLearn more about career opportunities at Hamilton at jobs.hamilton.ch.Do you share our values and feel at home in a cooperative and down-to-earth environment?
