We are looking for a highly qualified Technical Solutions Specialist with solid experience in Document Management Platforms (ECM/DMS) to support the implementation, integration, and evolution of advanced digital solutions (such as DocuWare or similar systems) for our clients. The successful candidate will work on end-to-end projects: from gathering technical and functional requirements to system configuration and the development of complex integrations via APIs and web services. This role is crucial in ensuring automated business processes that are seamlessly integrated into our clients\' IT ecosystems. Responsibilities Design and Configuration: Configure, optimize, and maintain document management solutions (e.g., DocuWare, M-Files, OnBase, SharePoint, or similar), defining file cabinets, complex workflows, and user permissions. Process Analysis: Analyze client workflows and propose effective digitalization solutions using native platform features and custom integrations. Integration Development: Implement data exchange between business systems (ERP, CRM) by developing integrations through REST/SOAP Web Services and/or .NET APIs, and URL Integration for embedding document elements into third-party applications. Data Management: Manage data interchange formats such as XML, JSON, HTTP payloads, and OpenAPI definitions. Automation: Develop scripts and technical components for advanced automation, validation, and workflow management. Technical Support: Provide Tier 2 troubleshooting, issue analysis, and post-implementation support. Documentation: Draft technical documentation and operational guides for clients. You will ideally have Qualifications ECM/DMS Experience: Proven experience in configuring and administering Document Management/ECM platforms (preferably DocuWare, though experience with competing software is highly valued). Systems Integration: Excellent knowledge of REST APIs and Web Services for application data exchange (HTTP, JSON, XML). Scripting & Programming: Proficiency in at least one language among Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, C#, or equivalent for automation purposes. Databases: Good knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL). Languages: Excellent command of English (for technical documentation and international calls). Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and critical analysis; result-oriented with effective priority management; excellent interpersonal skills for interfacing with technical contacts and client stakeholders; operational autonomy and a proactive approach within project contexts. Preferred Qualifications: Technical Certifications on DocuWare (e.g., DSC, DAC) or other market-leading ECM systems; experience in integrations with ERP (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central) or CRM (Salesforce); knowledge of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools or Power Automate.
