Join us and discover your potential.Role and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage sales of MX products through targeted portfolio of Retail customersBuild and develop solid sales relationship with existing customers, at national level, to achieve agreed sales and M/S targetsDesign and propose sales campaigns and define the appropriate distribution strategy across the channel, providing follow up and feedback related to any sales leadClose deals ensuring that contracts are finalized within the correct timeframes throughout the whole national territoryManage sales forecasting and inventory management including stock planning and rotationConstantly monitor sales volumes, revenues and costs against forecastsEngage closely with Division’s Product and Trade Marketing / Operations, and execute marketing and promotional plans to ensure highest levels of service for named customersQualifications / RequirementsEducational background: Bachelor or Major – preferably in EconomicsProfessional background: 5‑7 years’ experience in Retail SalesComputer knowledge: Excellent MS Office toolsLanguage knowledge: Very good written and spoken EnglishThe ideal candidate is a target‑oriented, dynamic and well‑organized person with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
