We are seeking an experienced Programme Director to lead a large-scale ERP transformation across a complex, multi-entity organisation. This role will take end-to-end ownership of the ERP programme, from mobilisation and design through to deployment and value realisation, working closely with executive stakeholders and delivery partners.This is a high-impact role requiring strong leadership, commercial judgement, and the ability to operate in fast-paced, change-driven environments, including private equity-backed or growth businesses.Key Responsibilities Own the overall ERP programme strategy, governance, and delivery roadmapLead cross-functional teams spanning Finance, Operations, IT, and external system integratorsManage programme scope, budget, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time, on-budget deliveryEnsure data migration, controls, and reporting requirements are met to enterprise standardsAct as the senior escalation point for delivery issues and stakeholder decisionsProvide clear, concise reporting to the executive team and boardEnsure benefits realisation and adoption post-go-liveRequired Experience Proven experience as a Programme Director or Senior Programme Manager delivering ERP transformationsTrack record leading complex, multi-country or multi-business ERP programmesExperience with tier-one ERP platforms (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and operational processesComfortable operating in PE-backed, carve-out, or transformation-led environmentsStrong governance, stakeholder management, and communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
