Analyze and understand customer requirements, pain points, and project goals to deliver tailored Synopsys solutions. Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to develop comprehensive proposals and demonstrations that address customer needs. Lead technical presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concept initiatives to showcase product capabilities and value. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer expectations. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing technical support and guidance throughout the sales cycle. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic recommendations. The Impact You Will Have:Drive sales growth by effectively demonstrating the value of Synopsys solutions to key customers in the A&D sector. Address customer pain points with innovative, high-performance electromagnetic and PCB solutions. Strengthen customer loyalty and satisfaction by providing expert guidance and responsive support. What You’ll Need:Master’s degree in Electromagnetics or a closely related field. At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles or as engineer within the Aerospace & Defense industry. Deep expertise in high-frequency electromagnetic concepts, antennas. EMC, and PCB design. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges. Proven experience in project management within the Aerospace & Defense industry. Proficiency with simulation tools and methodologies relevant to electromagnetic analysis. Exceptional customer relations skills, including the ability to communicate technical information clearly and persuasively.
