Responsibilities

NTT DATA sta ricercando, per la propria area di Bid & Knowledge Management, uno Specialista in CONTRACT Management and Administration che verrà inserito a diretto riporto del Responsabile di funzione, e si occuperà sulla sede di Roma delle seguenti attività: 

supporto alla gestione di progetti e commesse derivanti da gare d’appalto per la definizione, l’esecuzione e l’analisi dei contratti di subappalto (contratti attivi e passivi) nell’interesse della società e nel pieno rispetto dei requisiti tecnico-qualitativi; coordinamento della raccolta di informazioni necessarie per la redazione della documentazione in ambito subappalti in ambito pubblicistico e privatistico, verifica della documentazione, gestione del processo di approvazione delle richieste di subappalto;  predisposizione dichiarazioni, interagendo con le varie funzioni aziendali preposte (Legal, Societario, Delivery, Acquisti, Strutture commerciali) / veicolazione alle controparti commerciali pertinenti;  interazione con l’area legale, nella revisione di contratti sulla base delle indicazioni ricevute;  reporting periodico sullo stato delle richieste di subappalto;  upload di documentazione nei sistemi e nelle cartelle condivise di competenza, mantenimento degli archvi e sistemi di riferimento; supporto alla predisposizione della documentazione amministrativa di gara, che include gli adempimenti post aggiudicazione 

Required Skills

Esperienza minima di 2/3 anni nella gestione di contratti d'appalto di servizi e forniture, per la Pubblica Amministrazione Centrale e Locale;  Approfondita conoscenza nella gestione dei contratti stipulati con clienti e fornitori;  Capacità di lavorare in team e sopportare situazioni di stress;  Ottima conoscenza della normativa degli appalti pubblici (D.Lgs 50/2016 e D.lgs. 36/2023);  Laurea in materie giuridiche  Problem solving Puntualità e precisione  Buona conoscenza delle principali piattaforme telematiche di Gare online;  Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office;  Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;  Costituisce titolo preferenziale la provenienza da società operanti nel settore ICT
