La divisione Technical & Engineering di Randstad Professional, Leaders Search and Selection, specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di middle, senior e top management, per un'azienda italiana solida e in crescita, leader nel proprio settore di riferimento, con un ambiente di lavoro dinamico e orientato al miglioramento continuo, in ottica di potenziamento dell’area, ricerca un profilo di: SERVICE SPECIALIST Il profilo ideale individuato avrà la responsabilità di garantire il supporto tecnico, tecnico-commerciale e formativo principalmente ai distributori esteri, ai centri di assistenza in Italia e ai clienti. Tra le principali attività, andrà a fornire supporto tecnico telefonico o via e‑mail, eseguendo sporadicamente interventi tecnici on‑site, selezione di materiale ed elaborazione dei resi. Andrà a collaborare alla formazione tecnica e/o pratica presso la sede aziendale o presso le sedi dei clienti, collaborando alla corretta gestione, sviluppo e utilizzo degli strumenti informatici dedicati all'assistenza, sulla base della conoscenza delle normative e leggi nazionali ed internazionali riguardanti il settore HVAC. Competenze richieste: Diploma in discipline tecniche ed esperienza di almeno 3‑4 anni maturata nel ruolo (preferibilmente elettrotecniche ed energetiche); Conoscenza dei principi di termodinamica, tecnica frigorifera, fisica tecnica, elettrotecnica, meccanica, idraulica, acustica e tutto quanto afferente all’impiantistica HVAC; Elevate capacità di problem solving e propensione alla relazione con il cliente e al lavoro di gruppo; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
