All’interno della nostra divisione ti occuperai di monitorare i servizi di clienti non strategici o a basso potenziale e di supportare l’operatività dei CSM. Cosa farai Gestirai le richieste dei clienti via telefono, e-mail o chat, assicurando una risoluzione rapida e accurata Fornirai informazioni dettagliate sui prodotti e servizi dell'azienda Identificherai e comprenderai le esigenze dei clienti Collaborerai con i team interni per risolvere problemi o inoltrare richieste complesse Gestirai e monitorerai i ticket di assistenza, garantendo che le richieste vengano chiuse in modo soddisfacente Aggiornerai costantemente i database e i sistemi ITSM con le informazioni pertinenti ai clienti e le interazioni avute Supporterai i CSM in attività operative (raccolta dati e monitoraggio licenze sw per preparazione SDS e monitoraggio costi finanziari del cliente) Cosa ci aspettiamo da te Esperienza pregressa nel customer service o in ruoli simili Esperienza nel settore specifico dell’azienda (software, IT, etc.) Familiarità con i sistemi CRM e le piattaforme di gestione dei ticket Capacità di gestire più richieste contemporaneamente Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e spirito collaborativo Conoscenza di lingue straniere (preferibilmente inglese) Cosa ti offriamo Work life balance grazie a un modello di lavoro agile personalizzato e flessibile Coinvolgimento in progetti strategici e innovativi Valori da condividere; possibilità di crescita, formazione e certificazione supportati dall’azienda – scopri la vita in Deda Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Other IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Dedagroup by 2x We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
