Greentalent, recruiter specializzato nella ricerca e selezione di professional e manager nei settori Energy, Engineering e Environment, per azienda leader nel settore energetico, ricerca un/una:Engineering Manager Il/La candidato/a ideale è in possesso di una laurea in discipline ingegneristiche e vanta un’esperienza consolidata, di almeno dieci anni, nello svolgimento di ruoli di responsabilità tecnica e gestionale. Ha guidato e coordinato team di ingegneria multidisciplinari, sviluppando competenze nella pianificazione, supervisione e integrazione delle diverse specializzazioni coinvolte. Tale esperienza è stata maturata all’interno di contesti complessi e fortemente strutturati, appartenenti ai settori Waste-to-Energy, Thermal Generation o Oil&Gas, caratterizzati da elevati standard tecnologici, normativi e di sicurezza.Nello specifico, il/la candidato/a si occuperà di:Coordinare un team di ingegneria multidisciplinare, assicurando lo svolgimento delle attività di progettazione e di commissioning relative alle diverse commesse;Verificare e validare gli elaborati progettuali, garantendone la conformità agli standard di qualità e di sicurezza;Supervisionare le attività di avviamento degli impianti, assicurando il corretto supporto tecnico in tutte le fasi del progetto;Contribuire, insieme al team dedicato, alla definizione dei processi e alla predisposizione delle specifiche di disciplina e dei documenti di progetto;Individuare gli standard e le normative di riferimento da applicare ai progetti;Coordinare la stesura dei documenti tecnici, anche in funzione dell’eventuale assegnazione di contratti;Garantire il necessario allineamento e coordinamento tra le diverse discipline ingegneristiche coinvolte.Si richiedono:Laurea in Ingegneria (vecchio ordinamento o magistrale, 5 anni), preferibilmente con indirizzo Meccanico, Energetico, Nucleare o Chimico;L’abilitazione professionale mediante superamento dell’Esame di Stato rappresenta un requisito preferenziale;Esperienza professionale consolidata (almeno 10 anni) maturata in contesti strutturati operanti nei settori Waste-to-Energy, Thermal Generation o Oil & Gas.;Spiccata attitudine al raggiungimento degli obiettivi, flessibilità operativa e buone capacità relazionali, inclusa la gestione efficace di dinamiche e conflitti interpersonali;Conoscenza delle normative e degli standard di qualità, in particolare della UNI EN ISO 9001.Buona padronanza della lingua inglese, sia scritta sia parlata;Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale e internazionale;Completano il profilo capacità organizzativa, proattività e autonomia decisionale.Sede di lavoro Lombardia.#J-18808-Ljbffr
