AGCO is a part of the solution Join us to make your contribution.The NPI (New Product Introduction) Specialist will lead and manage the full process of new parts introductions (NPI), analysing, planning and reviewing ECN implementation from initiating a detailed ECN change form (CIB – Change Implementation Board) to monitor the running change introduction for a specific family product. This position collaborates at the make vs buy analysis, coordinates the ECN activities for Manufacturing Engineering and works with other departments ensure a timely implementation and minimize obsolescence. The NPI Specialist will also update and maintain item master data collaborate in the resolution of problems linked to the BOM.Your ImpactImplement ECNs following the timeline and schedule agreed in the CIBFollow up and prioritize PPR ECN through the implementation processDetermine the make vs buyPrepare the Picking List and agree parts flow with logistics engineerDocuments the impact of the ECNsEnsure the correctness of the item masterCommunicate with engineering on problems related to the ECN or to parts assemblability (EPR)Cost / Benefit analysis of NPI projectYour Experience And QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Management Engineering / Industrial Engineer or high school diploma in mechanical technology preferredMust have advance English communication skillsBase knowledge of stage and gate processBase knowledge of BOM and routingGood ERP skills (BAAN, SAP)Base knowledge of product cost structureYour BenefitsAttractive, fair remuneration including participation in our bonus schemeBalance of work, family and free time due to flexible working timePrivate health insurance with partial coverage of medical expensesCanteen with meal allowanceThe successful candidate will initially be hired through an agency.We value inclusion and recognize the innovation a diverse workforce delivers to our farmers.
