Main activities The CRM Analyst will be responsible for maintaining customer relationship software; Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for business growth; Create reports and dashboards to communicate key metrics to management and stakeholders; Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive improvements in customer experience, retention, and acquisition; Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and clients to gather and analyze requirements; Ensure the data quality and accuracy of customer information; Stay up‑to‑date with best practices and new developments in CRM and customer data management; Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions; Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM applications; Stay up‑to‑date with the latest developments and best practices in Dynamics 365 and related technologies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related field; Welcome experience with Microsoft Dynamics; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work as part of a team; Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; Very good English; Welcome knowledge of a second language.
