Per il potenziamento del team IT - CRM di Milano stiamo cercando un/una CRM Specialist.
Entrerai nel team IT-CRM Corporate e contribuirai a progettare, evolvere e amministrare soluzioni su Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement per le nostre consociate globali, con focus su Sales, Marketing e Customer Service, integrazioni e qualità del dato.
Cosa farai:
- Manutenzione evolutiva e supporto applicativo su Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (moduli Sales/Service/Marketing), con focus su miglioramento processo e customer experience.
- Analisi dati CRM, creazione di report e dashboard KPI per il management (Power BI/Excel).
- Raccolta requisiti con stakeholder business (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) e traduzione in specifiche funzionali/tecniche.
- Garantire data quality, data governance e compliance dei dati cliente in CRM.
- Automazione processi con Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) e gestione troubleshooting su Dynamics 365.
- Collaborazione con team cross-funzionali e IT per integrazioni (API/ETL) e continuous improvement.
Requisiti Must-have:
- 2–5 anni in ruoli CRM (Specialist/Analyst) con esperienza su Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Capacità di analisi dati e reporting (Power BI o Excel avanzato).
- Esperienza in raccolta requisiti e stakeholder management cross-funzionale.
- Inglese B2/C1; ottime doti comunicative e di teamwork.
Nice-to-have:
- Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), integrazioni (API/ETL), basi di Azure.
- Esperienza su moduli Sales/Service/Marketing di D365
- Conoscenza seconda lingua.
