The 2nd level support engineer is supposed to trouble‑shoot RAN issues, apply procedures and changes to restore service, support remotely field engineer on complex troubleshooting, manage 3rd level vendor support, follow‑up problem management with vendors, execute planned works including configuration changes or software upgrades on RAN nodes.The role requires technical expertise on RAN technologies, and at the same time know‑how on processes such as incident management, problem management and change management, as well as knowledge of all security policies concerning user access management, patching and hardening related to RAN nodes.What You’ll DoTrouble‑shooting issues in RAN technologiesService restoration in case of issuesPhone support to field engineerManage third parties support servicesExecuting planned worksMaintenance windows activitiesOn call serviceWho You AreStrong mobile network architecture knowledgeTechnical skills on Huawei RAN Node, Huawei technology, BSC6910Good time management and prioritisationKnowledge of incident management, problem management and change management processesAptitude for analysing problems, discovering innovative solutions and hunger for technical knowledgeGood interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust and rapportExcellent English language proficiency What’s In It For You We are a leading international Telco, serving millions of customers.
