CUSTOMER SPECIALIST & ORDER ENTRY (zona Roma Eur)Synergie Italia SPA, Agenzia per il Lavoro, Filiale di Pomezia, seeks for a major multinational in the chemical, pharmaceutical and medical device sector.ResponsabilitàFornire assistenza telefonica (in / out) informativa ai clienti su richieste di livello amministrativo (reclami, fatturazione ecc.) e attività di back office rispondendo alle email di clienti, italiani ed esteri.Interfacciarsi e curare le relazioni con enti pubblici (ospedali, centri diagnostici, ASL ecc) e clienti privati nella gestione degli ordini dei dispositivi medici, forniti in leasing o comodato d'uso.Registrare ed inserire gli ordini e la fatturazione nel sistema.Preparare la documentazione informativa dei prodotti collaborando con il Quality.Gestire le problematiche relative agli ordini di acquisto dei clienti e fornire supporto nella gestione di eventuali reclami amministrativi, richieste di reso e note di credito.Rispondere alle esigenze dei clienti per attivare l’intervento dei tecnici per la gestione delle attività di installazione, manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria del dispositivo medico.Verificare tramite SAP le giacenze e le scorte in magazzino dei dispositivi e degli ordini, compilare i documenti di trasporto per le spedizioni e registrare i collaudi delle apparecchiature con monitoraggio logistico.Fornire supporto alla Sales Force e ai Commerciali per richieste e ordini effettuati, al Customer Service e ai clienti per la risoluzione di problematiche in lingua italiana e straniera.Garantire il rispetto della politica di qualità e delle procedure di sistema, segnalando tempestivamente i problemi di non conformità per mantenere un elevato livello di soddisfazione del cliente.RequisitiDiploma o Laurea in Economia o Scienze della Comunicazione.1-2 anni di esperienza minima in contesti strutturati pharma, healthcare, medical device.Conoscenza e manualità del gestionale SAP e del Pacchetto Office (Excel avanzato).Livello intermedio / avanzato di lingua inglese.Orientamento alla Customer Satisfaction.Altre informazioniSi offre un contratto iniziale di 6 mesi o 1 anno in somministrazione, con possibilità di prosecuzione tramite proroghe. Possibilità di inserimento ai primi di Dicembre. Orario Full-Time dal Lunedì al Venerdì. Modalità di lavoro ibrida con 1 giorno di SW a settimana. CCNL Chimico-farmaceutico L. D1- D2. Lavoro a Roma.
