By joining us, you’ll play a part in creating the next generation of digital payments in an innovative, supportive, and international environment.ContextSME Factory is a business unit within the Customer Intelligence team, part of the SME Marketing division.The unit’s objective is to manage SME Customers through outbound phone marketing campaigns focused on upselling, cross-selling of POS solutions and value-added services and prevention / retention management.Main ResponsibilitiesThe resource will be responsible for :Participating in the design of initiatives targeting current customers and prospects, actively contributing both in the ideation phase and during operational go-live and call listening sessionsCoordinating with internal and external stakeholders to plan monthly campaignsMonitoring activity KPIs and supporting the campaign cost definition processManaging external vendors providing outbound servicesCoordinating with internal departments for the supplier invoicing processOptimizing campaign performance : analyzing outbound activity results to identify areas for improvement and propose corrective and enhancement actionsRequired SkillsExperience in managing outbound campaigns or operational marketingStrong coordination and project management skills with multiple stakeholdersAnalytical skills and familiarity with KPIs, conversion rates, and ROIKnowledge of CRM tools and campaign management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Genesys, HubSpot)Result-oriented mindset and focus on customer experienceEffective communication and negotiation skills, especially in supplier managementProactive attitude, initiative, and ability to work in a team#J-18808-Ljbffr
