Principal Enterprise Account Executive, Semiconductor/HighTech Job ID: | Amazon Web Services, Inc. We are looking for a strategic partner who will develop strong customer relationships across the Fortune 1000 and drive adoption of Amazon Web Services in semiconductor and high‑tech customers. If you have both business savvy and a technical background and you are passionate about the semiconductor / high‑tech space, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities Drive revenue, adoption, and market penetration in enterprise accounts. Engage at the C‑level, collaborating with IT architects, software developers, and business leaders. Lead a cross‑functional team to shape strategy for partners, professional services, and training/certification. Develop and execute a territory strategy and consistently deliver quarterly revenue targets. Team with all aspects of the customer’s organization, including C‑level executives, engineering, IT/operations, partner org, and sales. Sell at the most strategic (C‑level) within the account and implement a broad strategy for earning customer acceptance and service implementation. Collaborate with all appropriate AWS resources (Executives, Partner, Support, Solution Architect) to support customer interests and strongly advocate for the customer in harmony with AWS business needs. New service adoption, new line of business development, and dotted line responsibility for partnership and technical collaboration. Basic Qualifications 10+ years of technology‑related sales, business development, or equivalent experience. Experience working with and presenting to C‑level executives, IT, and lines of business across organizations. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Experience with AWS technologies. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $187,000 – $252,900 annually. The total Amazon package includes sign‑on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives.
