We are building the reliability and control institutions demand, and we are seeking a Validator BD Lead to drive the adoption of this critical infrastructure across the validator ecosystem.As the Validator BD Lead, you will own and drive the validator engagement strategy, serving as a critical, high-ownership role that will shape our go-to-market efforts and partnership model as we prepare for mainnet. You will lead efforts to build relationships with top-tier validators and ensure successful adoption of our infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Growth Strategy & Partnerships: Define and execute the validator onboarding and growth strategy, building and managing the BD pipeline with clear metrics for adoption.Relationship Management: Lead outreach and build deep, enduring relationships with key validator operators, ensuring alignment with our roadmap.Onboarding & Success: Drive a structured, repeatable onboarding process, partnering closely with the engineering team for technical alignment and support.Documentation: Design and maintain onboarding guides, documentation, and FAQs for our core components (e.g., Sidecar, Ackermann Node, Slot Marketplace concepts).Incentive Design: Collaborate with strategy, BD, engineering, and research teams to shape the validator incentive model and refine our tokenomics strategy.Risk Mitigation: Understand validator risk profiles (slashing, regulation) and advise partners on risk areas associated with new features like decoupled block‑building.Compliance: Work closely with legal/compliance to ensure validator‑facing processes align with relevant regulations.Ecosystem Engagement: Represent the company at ecosystem events, facilitate educational initiatives, and act as the primary point of contact for validator stakeholders.RequirementsExperience: 3+ years of experience in blockchain infrastructure, validator operations, or business development roles at a high‑performance blockchain native validator.Ecosystem Expertise: Deep understanding of the specific blockchain's validator ecosystem, MEV dynamics, and network economics.Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders across the validator and staking landscape.Communication: Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills.Mindset: Strong startup mentality: ownership, autonomy, and execution in fast‑paced environments.Preferred Experience (Nice‑to‑Haves):Experience at a leading validator firm or similar blockchain infrastructure project.Existing network of validator partners across the target blockchain and other chains.Familiarity with advanced network concepts like block‑building, pre‑confirmations, and slot marketplace concepts.Technical understanding of distributed systems, consensus protocols, and the specific blockchain's architecture.BenefitsCompensation: Competitive salary ($140K-$150K), token allocation, and performance‑based bonuses.Team: Remote‑first team with async workflows and a high ownership culture.Technical Impact: A chance to join a category‑defining protocol team pushing the frontier of high‑performance blockchain infrastructure.Ecosystem Role: A key role in shaping the ecosystem footprint and adoption strategy.Budget: Dedicated budget for travel, ecosystem events, and home office setup.Due to the high volume of applications we anticipate, we regret that we are unable to provide individual feedback to all candidates.
