Information Technology Project Manager

Context :As IT PROJECT MANAGER you will be a member of the Professional Services team at Trace One. You will be responsible for the successful execution and delivery of application maintenance services on Trace One’s manufacturing PLM solution. You have a background and experience in project management, with focus and expertise on application maintenance-related services, to allow the proper coordination, delegation, and monitoring of the service, along with performing a tight scope control and identifying risks and potential future opportunities on the delivery.Key Responsibilities :Contribute to drafting and finalization of statements of work for our customers.Lead software implementation projects from initiation to closure, with the objective of delivering projects on time and budget.Facilitate the planning and execution of meetings and ensure the attendance of proper stakeholders according to the goals and objectives of the meeting.Regularly communicate the project status to key stakeholders.Lead Steering Committee meetings to present the project status at the executive level.Report the status of the project periodically to key stakeholders at Trace One highlighting major milestones, risks, and mitigation plans.Maintain control of the project scope, budget, timeline, and profitability, and work with the project team to delineate a plan as risks of slippage arise.Key skills and requirements :Minimum 5 years of experience in managing software implementation projects.Have a thorough understanding of enterprise application deployment methodologies with PLM Solutions.Ability to work with cross-functional departments for planning and execution of project activities and retrieving information about the project status.Ability to present the project status at the executive level.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Clearly demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Proficient with MS Office applications.Ability to support the Business Analyst in functional discussions for the finalization and clarification of business requirements.5 years+ experience in leading software implementation projects.Bachelor ’s or Master ’s degree in Business or related field.Good knowledge of the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Native Italian speaker.Proficient in English, both in written and verbal communication.Nice to have :Past experience as a Business Consultant in the PLM Food & Beverage.PMP certification is a plus.What can you expect from us?Space and encouragement to suggest ideas and solutionsInternational and multicultural environment⬆️Interesting internal growthSoft skill trainingInternal Academy which is enriched day by dayUnlimited LinkedIn Learning accountAmazing events from our Happiness CommitteeIf you recognize yourself in this offer, don't hesitate any longer and send us your applicationHow to applyApplications may be submitted via LinkedIn (please include your CV).A competitive market salary will be offered to the successful candidate.About Trace OneTrace One is a premier SaaS provider of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and compliance solutions, specializing in the food & beverage, cosmetics, personal care, and chemical industries.
