Sales Executive – Milan, Italy (Job Ref: 26I/MLSE) Randox are a world leader in diagnostics for clinical healthcare, toxicology, and food security. Our expertise and product portfolio have assisted laboratories across the world in improving health and saving lives. Part of Randox Laboratories ltd, Randox Toxicology and Food Diagnostics are dedicated to advancing forensic, clinical and workplace toxicology. Our toxicology products aim is to minimise laboratory workflow constraints whilst maximising the scope of quality drug detection, with our food diagnostic range test on food products to ensure their quality, safety, and compliance with regulations. With the launch of new products including the ToxPlex and Clinical MultiSTAT panels, Randox Toxicology want to increase our presence in the Italian market. We have a career opportunity for a Sales Executive based in Milan, Italy . Location : Milan, Italy – This is a field based sales role with regular travel throughout northern Italy and potentially further afield. Contract Offered : Full-time, Permanent Working Hours / Shifts : 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday from 08.40 to 17.20. What does the Sales Executive role involve? This role is responsible for sales and promotion of Randox Toxicology and Food Diagnostics products throughout a wide range of industries, developing business with current customers as well as winning new business. In addition, the successful applicant will: - Contribute to the company’s overall growth and profitability by development and maintaining customers through providing a high level of support and service as a salesperson. - Identify and develop customer relations in areas where we are currently unrepresented. - Prepare sales reports and sales projections. - Manage key accounts. - Market research into the potential business opportunities for new and current Randox product lines. - Maintain a high level of product knowledge and competitor awareness. - Identify potential distributor partners and manage these relationships. - Travel regularly to visit existing and potential customers within the region. Who can apply? Essential criteria: - Qualified to at least degree level in a life science, business or other scientific discipline. - At least 2 years of experience in a sales role. - Fluent in English and Italian. - Experience in working to and achieving targets. - Stable CV showing progression or demonstrable achievements. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Willingness to travel. - A valid driving licence. - Right to work in Italy. Desirable: - Previous sales experience within life science, biotech or medical/Pharma. - Previous sales experience selling to ICU, ER, Laboratories. - Previous experience selling medical devices. - A proven track record in customer relationship management - Proactive approach and self-starting spirit to challenges in the market.
