Responsibilities Shape the B2B sales function. Joining a fast‑moving team building a world‑class B2B sales function from the ground up, you’ll help define the strategy, approach, and guiding principles that set a new standard for excellence in enterprise sales. Go after high‑potential leads. Identify and cold‑call on‑target businesses to build a portfolio of respected, revenue‑driving corporate clients. Learn the industry inside and out. Understand the incentives, pressure points, and decision‑makers of your industry so you can build powerful, profitable relationships. Work closely with the product. Speak about it with clarity and confidence, gather feedback from clients and share sharp, focused input to help shape future development. Follow the data. Keep a close eye on performance metrics to gauge impact and zero in on the highest‑value actions and opportunities. Stand out at every touchpoint. Competitive pay and access to equity in the company. Typically, we offer individuals at the start of their career an annual salary of £56,345 in London and €54,346 elsewhere in Europe. For candidates with considerable relevant experience, the salary ranges from £68,579 to £151,436 in London and €66,065 to €145,430 elsewhere. Compensation varies by location and expected impact, grows rapidly with experience, and for exceptional capability may exceed usual ranges. Permanent contracts include equity at discounted price. Relocation to Italy may enjoy a 50% tax cut. All the benefits. They’re challenging and may take several hours to complete. If you’re successful with those, we’ll invite you to a series of interviews.
