Key Accountabilities Perform second-level remote support interventions on corporate IT solutions to ensure business continuity for clients nationwide. Manage escalation cases and collaborate directly with the Project Manager to resolve reported issues. Interface with CED, clinical engineering, and laboratory contacts to support all technological solutions activities. Collaborate with third-party Software Houses in managing Healthcare IT processes. Ensure SLAs of IT solutions through a Trouble Ticketing Management system. Follow activities and evolution of monitoring systems within corporate LIS solutions. Assist colleagues during training and go-live phases of IT solutions when required. Create and update technical documentation necessary for support and maintenance of IT solutions. Networking/Key relationships Service Sales Marketing Clients Suppliers Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position Knowledge: Understanding of Healthcare IT processes in healthcare settings Knowledge of data communication networks Familiarity with virtual infrastructures and Microsoft/Linux operating systems SQL scripting and Oracle database knowledge Knowledge of remote connectivity (VPN) SAP Office suite Skills: Commitment to continuous technical updating through certification paths Communication and listening skills Analytical thinking Decision-making Teamwork Priority management Result orientation Accuracy and punctuality Education: Degree in Computer Science / Engineering (e.g., Biomedical Engineering) or equivalent experience in Healthcare Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role within the Healthcare sector Language skills: Good command of English Skills & Capabilities Continuous technical updating through certification Communication and listening Analytical thinking Decision-making Teamwork Priority management Customer focus Goal orientation Problem solving Travel requirements 10% #J-18808-Ljbffr
