The successful candidate will demonstrate a consultative sales approach, a proven record of success in enterprise software sales, and the ability to cultivate relationships with key decision makers at all organizational levels.The role requires a motivated self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, trust-based environment and can work collaboratively across teams. Work location is Milan, Italy.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, target, and engage new enterprise clients across the assigned territoryDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional growth and revenue objectivesBuild and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholdersConduct clients need assessments and lead solution-oriented presentations and demonstrationsCollaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and technical) to design customized client solutionsManage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closingPrepare detailed proposals, RFP responses, and contractual documents in collaboration with legal and technical teamsTrack, forecast, and report sales metrics through CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)Represent Beta Systems at industry events, trade shows, and conferencesQualifications1.
