Customer Service Specialist
che si occuperà della gestione dei clienti dei Canali ospedaliero e retail. Le principali responsabilità riguarderanno: Gestione dei clienti d a 360 gradi: anagrafiche, inserimento a sistema delle condizioni commerciali, complain (resi, errore prezzi, storno emissione, etc.), scarico da sistema, inserimento e monitoraggio ordini Interfaccia con partner logistico per la modifica e la cancellazione ordini Monitoraggio resi E' richiesta: Esperienza in analogo ruolo di almeno almeno 3 anni, preferibilmente dall'ambito farmaceutico o GDO Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office, in particolare di Excel Autonomia, precisione e affidabilità Conoscenza del sistema operativo SAP In Zentiva ci impegniamo a promuovere un ambiente di lavoro inclusivo, in cui tutte le persone siano apprezzate, rispettate e valorizzate per le loro prospettive ed esperienze uniche.
